Our Social Skills team is comprised of BCBAs and RBTs that are experts in play!
About Our Groups
Ray, RBT
Ray is a Registered Behavior Technician and started their career in ABA in 2022. Ray has been working with children professionally since 2017. Ray is currently pursuing a degree in music therapy with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ray has worked in both home and school settings and prefers a play-based approach to their work.
Outside of work, Ray enjoys solving rubix cubes and reading! Additionally, they like to spend time with friends and is an amateur photographer.
Lexi, BCBA
Lexi is TLBC's Center-Based Services Coordinator and has worked in a variety of settings including home, school, community, and center with ages ranging from 18 months to 18 years. She loves working with early learners to build language and communication, encourage play and increase independence. Additionally, Lexi enjoys teaching anyone and everyone about the field of ABA (parents, RBTs, and strangers alike).
During her free time, Lexi enjoys spending time with family and friends, snuggling up with her pup for a good movie, and trying new restaurants in the area.
Kirsten, RBT
Kirsten is a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician that has worked with children since 2016 and began providing ABA therapy in 2022. She has worked with children of all ages in home, school, and group settings. Kirsten enjoys a child lead, play-based approach that keeps the child engaged. Her future plans are to return to school to become a BCBA.
In Kirsten’s free time she likes to garden and read books. Her most preferred activity is spending time with her cats and trying new restaurants.
​The Language and Behavior Center provides center-based social skills groups to support children across a variety of social domains. Groups are intentionally selected with children's age and skill-level taken into consideration to curate an ideal group for your child.
